During morning break in the STI lobby, Chef Peterson and her high school Culinary Arts students are聽 offering freshly brewed coffee and delicious treats for a minimal cost.聽 At the same time, our students can check out the daily menu from the Colonial Room and place an order for lunch pick up! Another added benefit to attending school at STI. The Colonial Room is open to the public as well.
