Since then, students have gained valuable training and skills, including externships and jobs at places like Davio鈥檚 Northern Italian Steakhouse in Foxboro, Kate鈥檚 Table Catering & Events in Hingham, Montilio鈥檚 Bakery in Brockton, Stoneforge Tavern in Raynham, South Shore Hospital in Weymouth, Lavishly Dunn Catering & Event Planning in Hanover, and The Cake Diner in Raynham.
Graduates are gainfully employed at full service restaurants, local caterers and operating their own businesses. Culinary Arts graduate from the Class of 2015, Alberto Barros of Brockton, speaks highly of the program, 鈥淪ince graduation, I鈥檝e worked beside students that went to a four year college and paid substantially more than I did and I wasn鈥檛 lacking in anything.聽 It was definitely a great investment in my future.鈥
The next Culinary Arts class begins March 6, 2017, at STI in South Easton and with only a few seats left, STI is offering tuition for the program at a discounted rate for those that apply now.
